hvv Deutschland­­ticket... the one with the plus

Your hvv Deutschlandticket will cost you € 49,00 a month.On the hvv you can get up and running flexibly at any time. That means that you only pay pro rata for the days you actually use it in the first month. So just buy your hvv Deutschlandticket and off you go!

School students and apprentices/trainees or people who are entitled to the social discount can travel at reduced priced or even completely free. You can find all you need to know about the hvv Deutschlandticket as a school pass and as a reduced-price ticket with social discount here.

The hvv Deutschlandticket can be cancelled monthly. If you cancel it by the 10th of the current month, the hvv Deutschlandticket will expire at the end of that month. If you cancel after the 10th of the month, your hvv Deutschlandticket wil automatically be renewed for a further calendar month before it then expires. Being tied down to long contract terms was yesterday - this is pure flexibility!

From Flensburg to Freiburg, Aachen to Dresden: the whole of Germany is at your fingertips with the hvv Deutschlandticket. It is valid for 2nd class travel and gives you 24/7 mobility on local and regional services all over Germany with no time restrictions. The ticket is not valid for travel in long-distance trains (IC, EC, ICE).

You can get an upgrade to 1st class for € 49.00 a month (from 01.05.2023) e.g via the hvv switch App or at ticket machines. This is however only valid on the entire hvv network.

Your hvv Deutschlandticket is only valid for one person and is not transferable. Children under 6 travel free of charge as before.

Additional options within the hvv area:
You can get a monthly Weekend + Ticket as a top-up to your season ticket which allows you to take 1 adult and 3 children aged 6 to 14 with you on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays for € 15.00 e.g. via the App or at ticket machines. This is valid on the entire hvv network.

Bicycles can be taken on board rapid transport trains (U-, S- and A-Bahn) and on many bus lines from Mondays to Fridays outside peak times (6 am to 9 am, 4 pm to 6pm) as well as all day at weekends and on public holidays. Dogs can be taken along free of charge at any time.
